Hopefully your boys have a good season...

If we're gonna finish top 4 we'll probably need some help from the lesser lights <ok>
If I was a Leeds fan I’d be saying **** all about the forthcoming season until about 3 pm next Saturday.

The Nation will get to see exactly where you are when you visit Castle Greyskull.

iirc Norwich started out their campaign there last season (oh hang on random fixture computer though.....) and got butt ****ed. Set the tone for their season.

Looking forward to welcoming Leeds back to the prem.

I hope they enjoy it

In all seriousness...

From the outside looking in the PL looks pretty boring. By which I mean too many teams seem to accept defeat against the top 2 and save themselves for more winnable fixtures. It needs teams like yours, plus one or two others, to up their games and make it a tighter more competitive divison.

Or am I just missing the Championship already.

That’s not true in the main, Watford beat the RS last season and Norwich beat City.

Those two have been way ahead of the rest for 2 years (and City for longer) as they’ve been better than the rest, that simple really.

I expect that gap to close this season though.

You won’t need to be worrying about them 2 though mate......

First month will be tough for us.

Like most teams we haven't finalised our squad yet or had chance to integrate the new ones into our system. Having Pool & Man City in our first 4 fixtures is not exactly helpful either.

Its never a good time to play us or city but having us on the 1st day could be good for you as we won't be at our best and you could catch us cold.

Got to play all teams home and away. Don’t get this difficult start rubbish.

You’ve not been at your best since early Feb.

You’ve lost 6 of your last 15 competitive games since.

Just saying.

Don't think they'll win but they'll certainly give them a decent game imo. Much better than Norwich last year anyway.

A high pressing team tends to work well away to sides who have a lot of possession.

Looking forward to seeing Biesla's Leeds in the PL tbh.

I wouldn't read into that too much, half of those were meaningless to us.

But keep praying <laugh>

Depends if their high press gets played through, against a side like the RS that could be suicidal.

So which set the tone for Norwich...losing on the opening fixture or beating Man City a few games later ?

Bottom line is Norwich, Warford and Bournemouth weren't good enough but you could easily add another 5 or 6 to that list. Too many clubs have squandered the riches they've been given and are now just desperate to survive.

Yeah depends how good they are at I suppose, could get a big wake up call if not disciplined enough.

The general point stands though.
