I tend to think Jose knows exactly what he is doing at pretty much all times - very intelligent man imho

As a pundit he was great fun and if he finishes managing I hope he goes back into it.

he is a bad loser but all of them are
That is generally a pre requisite of being a winner
(I do know there are exceptions but very few and far between)
It’s all a sense of perspective I think
I didn’t like the way Sir Alex Ferguson conducted himself but he was one of the greatest managers I have seen in my lifetime
Give me Jose’s wummery any day of the year over some of the moaning I hear from some
But that’s a personal opinion :)

Mourinho was loved by a large number of Spurs fans for referring to Wenger as “a specialist in failure.”

That rattled the absolute **** out of every Gooner, and it still makes me laugh.

It was a **** up along the same lines as yours because we went and won the FA cup the season he said that.

As always, you misrepresent what I wrote.

I never wanted Poch to leave, but if he had become a divisive figure - which appears to have been the case - then it was understandable why the board had to remove him.

My concern with Mourhino is that he will become just as divisive, so one has to question the rationale in his appointment.

I hope I’m wrong.

I’m not going to turn on the manager because of something that might happen.

Misrepresent <laugh>

You were right up Poch's chutney chute until he got the boot, then you were saying he had to go because he was divisive. Next minute you were slurping out Maureen's backside and here you are slating him now.

You just rehash what other people are saying and then pass it off as your own opinion, forgetting that you completely contradict what you've just said.

What twaddle you talk, Pixie!

Of course there are questions and concerns about Mourinho, and I have a right to participate in that particular discussion.

However, that doesn’t mean that I can’t back him whilst he remains our manager.

It’s only you Gooners who go in for that whole Caesar “et tu, Bruti” backstabbing bollocks. Us Yids have more class than that.

You admitted that you'd been mugged off by appointing Maureen mate.

No, Pix. That’s a concern, and a point for discussion.

After all these years, you still haven’t quite got the hang of how these forums work, mate.

Listen to you backtracking.

You can't even remember what you said about Maureen yesterday mate <laugh>

You saying we can’t discuss matters?

Everything written has got to be taken as gospel held truth, with no room for debate?

You really do struggle with this, don’t you, mate!

Its a guitar.

Is what i said when i opened my pressy.

Sounds out of tune though tbh and dont know how to tune a guitar.

Might just make a bong out if it.

<laugh> You think you're getting away with that bollocks mate.

Anyway, what do you think of Spurs having the worst defensive record across all comps since Maureen was appointed ?

For a manager who is renowned for parking the bus and playing boring defensive football, that's not a very good record is it ?

Don't give up practising mate just because it's out of tune <laugh>

Good news for you lot @pieguts

Excellent news. The youngsters (Charlton fans) are getting excited as they think we will now sign Messi. For those of us that have grey hair, a period of stability with some modest investment would be nice. My own preference would be to see some money invested in the training ground and the academy. Unfortunately, both of these have been neglected under Duchatelet

It’s clear to that Mou has inherited a problem, and that he’s having to work hard to find a system to accommodate our frailties.

For a manager who is renowned for parking the bus and playing boring defensive football, that's not a very good record is it ?

I believe the reason for it is due to Mou not wanting to revert to the so-called “park the bus” footy.

I would rather he continue with his current attack-minded style, whilst he finds his feet, even if it does mean we are going to leak goals.

When he gets the formula right, we are going to embarrass a lot of teams.
