Something that can be seen with the naked eye without needing to draw lines and having to spending 3/4 minutes deciding. If you can’t see the mistake clearly on the first replay it ain’t clear and obvious, it’s not complicated.

To be fair they drew the line to henderson and you could instantly see the wolves foot over that line.

Having said that I still think it's too close to matter

The Wolves one was obvious by eye. They draw the lines because they have to not because they need them.

Why wasn't all of this discussion going on when Firmino's goal was ruled offside?

They don't have to, I've seen offside decisions where they haven't drawn them.

Probably because your game wasn't on TV? Plenty of people have been pointing out the ridiculousness of the tight offsides all season regardless of club.

I don't know why I got dragged in really the bloke's a turd, he doesn't even believe what he writes he just picks the stance he thinks is most controversial no matter the subject

It depends on which frame they chose to use.

You can’t expect a linesman to judge offside to that level of accuracy, therefore they’re not correcting clear and obvious errors, they’re adding a new tier of officiating.
