Let me put last night’s defeat in perspective -

United got a draw at home to Bayern Munich, Who were the Champions League winners back then.

Spurs, Who are overrated by HIAG, The press and media, Got taught a footballing lesson and lost 7-2.

Capitals only come at the start of a sentence, unless it's a proper noun.
