Gutted for you mate. See this is what I hate, tickets should be going to people like you, not the corporate elite or where ever else they go.
I'm going for Liverpool at the mo, but stick Gazza in goal and i could be easily persuaded to change alligiance
Ah **** happens mate, gutted but I'll get over it lol. I'd have been sick to my stomach if the cut off was like 182 lol. I reckon there's probably a solid 300-400 people in front of me from 181 to 188 so even if in the unlikely circumstances some return their tickets I'm still likely gonna miss out. I did think I was initially gonna get one though, I'd worked out that I was roughly 17,000-17,500 in the season ticket pecking order and so with there being 16,500 or so tickets I was banking on hopefully a 1,000 or so turning them down but I suppose thinking about it now it was wishful thinking. First time we've ever gotten there, it's natural practically everyone in front of me would grab a ticket.
As for Gazza, if he has another season like this next year, he'll definitely be knocking on that number one spot door. Been great when he's played. He might be in goal for next year's final
