Who decides on a VAR review? I thought that was more of a penalty than the one in Paris. Not saying it was definitely a penalty, just asking how the decision is made to use VAR.

Regardless of the answer, I still think it's ****.

Yeah Wan-Bissaka is good, will be expensive though. Big money for a inexperienced kid. High risk, high reward.

Probably £40m. If we get him, Rice (I’m not sold on him btw) and Sancho, we’ve got a good English contingent there with Shaw, Lingard, Rashford... NOT JONES.
