As a kid, I was taken by an uncle to Anfield to watch ‘Pool v Everton. I don’t recall much about the game, as we were stood in the Kop, and I couldn’t see anything. It was a thoroughly miserable experience.

He'll want to impress in his home country tonight. Pretty sure you Spurs lads won't begrudge him a couple of goals ...
