The Aperitivo is the best thing about MilanYeah probably just have a nice free dinner with colleagues and go to bed
Nice to see wirtz finding his feet finally , the absolute drivel I’ve heard from pundits about this guy has been extreme to say the least, I remember when we used to have at least some patience with foreign signings in the prem l im thinking drogba, cr7, overmars and pires days. Now cos of social media if a player doesn’t hit the ground running by game 4/5 he’s a flop it seems
Scored against Wolves, Fulham and Barnsleh. Paid back £50 of that £116m already.
Meh…. A starts a start mate and he has time on his side considering hes like 21 or something, that fee will be irrelevant in time just like vvds was.Scored against Wolves, Fulham and Barnsleh. Paid back £50 of that £116m already.
So I've got to be at St Mary's for 7:30 with the coach leaving at 8:30 for Fratton.
For a game 19 miles away
****ing scandalous.
What’s the plan when you get there at 9 or whenever? Just chuck you into the ground and that’s it for 3 hours on their **** concourse?
Basically yeah. I'm assuming there'll be a 'sterile area' outside the ground with food vans etc. as that's what they had here.
Problem is I don't really want to be giving them ****s any money.
I reckon we'll arrive later too. There's 3 different departure times for the 44 coaches and I'm on the earliest.
Seeing as the whole point is that a convoy is all escorted together I'm assuming that at some point my group of coaches will stop somewhere on the way and wait for others to catch up. Probably be on the coach for best part of 90 minutes.
Genuinely ****ing fuming. I ain't going next year if they stay up.
Excited for Millwall to be transported to West Ham in police hot air balloons landing in the away end.
The staggered departures are probably to then have staggered entry to the away end/cordoned area rather than have 2000+ in a queue.
You’re right. Would do it once but no chance I’d set off at the time to get to Birmingham for an away game down the road. Even better for those who live in or the other side of Portsmouth.
Yeah I'm just glad that I got to visit there once without this nonsense.
All of this as well to watch us get hammered 3/4 nil. Only thing I can hope for now is some more **** weather to cause a postponement.
Re the coaches and last time they were all escorted in one big go so not doing so this time arguably defeats the point. I think we will have to wait so all arrive at the ground together.
I've just checked and apparently there is no area outside the ground so it's straight inside. Is their concourse still open to the elements since being refurbished? If not there's going to be lots of people smoking inside the ground.
It’s the tightest concourse in the league and once there’s a few people at the bar it’s a crush. Good for 10 minutes before a game but wouldn’t fancy it for two hours. Bit more space before you go up the stairs outside the toilet so that’ll be nice for you.
Also top tip is to use the toilets immediately by the entrance rather than the main ones up the stairs. Almost empty as no one realised they were there.
That’ll be £4 for a bottle of water. No of course you can’t bring your own.
Last time I sat in Milton it was predominantly open to the elements with a slight cover along the edge where people get drinks. About a year ago.Yeah I'm just glad that I got to visit there once without this nonsense.

I usually bring mine in without a problem. It’s the tightest concourse in the league and once there’s a few people at the bar it’s a crush. Good for 10 minutes before a game but wouldn’t fancy it for two hours. Bit more space before you go up the stairs outside the toilet so that’ll be nice for you.

Regarding your Millwall West Ham comment - I didn't even see a Millwall fan outside of the ground at our place.
They were ferried in and they made a new exit route for us so we didn't get near them.
Tame really.
Its a bit sad really. We're not even allowed a bottle of water on the coach.
