Anyway to give more context on my thought process into that woman that was shot...
My first thought was that she was letting other motorists through, which explained the angle that she was parked at. I had seen video demonstrating her waving motorists pass, before the ICE vehicle plonked itself blocking the traffic. So when she drove off, I didn't actually think that she did it because the ICE agent approached, I thought she did it because she could now get out. Then the guy shot her.
My second thought process now, was due to asking myself, that woman was getting in the car, where did she go to? I assumed she must have got in the passenger seat and maybe a few seconds of the footage was missing - but it seemed odd, you wouldn't just drive off and leave someone there, unless you were making escape.
It's then I read it was the passenger who told her to drive baby drive, and she never got in the car. I think the door was locked, which is why it wouldn't open for the ICE agent or maybe the passenger decided to not get in, did not try the door, and told her to make her escape as she had observed what was going down.
Her friend/lover now has to carry some of the burden for Renee being shot, if she hadn't told her to drive, she would never of been shot and from reading lots of American comments rather than British ones, it appears with ICE agents that they have a reputation of **** around find out...and well sadly she found out.
A few seconds in time making the difference between life and death decisions.
