All the time we have an underinvested and aging infrastructure, there will be disruptions. My own view is that where possible we should complete the necessary maintenance once and right. As long as any disruption is properly managed and resourced, taking into consideration your comment around miles of roadworks without any sign of work, then we have to accept what is generally minor inconvenience.
