I agree this is football and injuries happen, but it still doesn't dispel the Premier clubs arguments when it comes to the FA Cup, yet it's ok when it comes to completely pointless games in the Champions League. Trossards injury last night was for a completely nothing game in which the points are meaningless. Be interesting to see how bad this injury is and all you need then is Eze out, and Arsenal finishing second again to The master Pep. Did you see his line up btw when they lost lol? Pep knows, Arteta can only but learn...the hard way!

Injuries happen mate. Hopefully this season we've got the depth to cope, which has been the case so far.

Remember we've already had a raft of key players out this season and we're sitting top of both the PL and CL

Lat night was a big game. Against Bayen Munich in the CL you want your best players. Maybe once we've qualified Arteta will rotate a bit more in the CL

I don’t think we can really criticise Arteta playing a player who isn’t a nailed on starter anyway if everyone is fit. They’ve squeezed some European games into December I think and now they’re in a position to rest whoever for those. Their squad is ridiculous and they can rest players. Does my head in far more when the likes of Fulham sack off cups.

We've got Trossard, Martinelli and Madueke who can all play on the left. When Jesus is fit again he can play there too.

Trossard has been starting on the left as both Martinelli and Madueke have been injured. There's an argument that Trossard is a first choice on the left anyway as he's been brilliant this season.

As I mentioned, I think Arteta wants to make sure we've qualified and then he has the luxury of resting and rotating.

And two of the remaining games are against pub teams so you can stick Gunnersaurus up front and win 3-0 instead of 5-0.

Playing basketball I think
Do you want me to tell you the story of when a Luton player did the same to gift us a late penalty in a 3-3 draw at Kenilworth Road in the FA cup circa 2000? We went on to win the replay and then lose 6-0 at home to you in the next round.

Do you?

Yes I do

I pretty much covered it. Gavin Peacock scored the penalty and is now a religious nutcase/vicar type in Canada.

Chris Kiwomya scored both goals in the replay. Not sure of his views on gays/women but they’re probably more liberal than Gavin Peacock’s.

But maybe in 2038

Not sure how I’ve messed that up. Oh well.

Why was it a big game....seriously mate, tell me why?

What did you win, does this mean Bayern Munich get knocked out, does this mean that Bayern can no longer win the Champions League, was Kane crying and that made it worth it for the bantz?

Oh I get it now alright, it was big because of Kane, that North London mentality, yeah yeah say no more bro. :bandit:
