yeah, I always liked the lad, certainly better than Danny ****ing Drinkwater (which is his actual full name, and the only way I will ever refer to him)

Not really a surprise that he couldn't get a run in your team with the £100m Fernandez and Caicedo in your squad tbf ... but he is very good in his own right ...

Leicester at home tonight. Nearly always lose to these ****s so coming back down to earth I reckon.

Gonna be weird watching us play Leicester and not giving Vardy dogs abuse.

Plus, ya know the fact that he was dog ****......not even ripe dog ****, but the stale white, dusty dogshit....**** me no wonder N'Golo had to grow an extra pair of legs to make up for that tubby, useless **** parked next to him. He probably raged like **** when the tubster followed him to Chelsea.

yeah of course.
Kieran, I could see there was a player in there, and a good one. But he never was never gonna get a chance with us, probably right we moved him on.
Danny ****ing Drinkwater on the other hand, I wouldnt piss on if he was on fire. Apparently he works in real estate now, also probably for the best.

Drinkwater was very good in our title winning season - but it was the outlets available that made it for him ... Vardy and Okazaki giving him options to put it in behind, Ulloa was great as an aerial outlet, Albrighton selfless in his work rate ... and we had a wizard on the other wing in Mahrez ... singularly the most skillfull player I have ever seen at the club in my over 50 years of watching them .. he could control even the ****test of passes ...

Not to blow smoke, but getting Kante, Mahrez and Vardy for relative pennies, was a ****ing master stroke. Great bit of business!

Might catch the top of the table clash between Boro and Coventry tonight, still early days, but if Coventry win they open up a 10 point gap at the top!
Anyone got any good bets they fancy as well, I got a huge bonus from work and fancy a flutter! :p

A few I think are good value. Watford have hit some form and at home to Preston who are in a bit of a false position IMO. Preston obviously have a bit of travel but a day extra to prep. Still fancy Watford. Around Evens.

Huddersfield apparently very good at the weekend and away at Luton who were crap. 11/5 on Hudds looks reasonable.

Peterborough in good form and not played since Thursday at home to Stevenage in poor form. 7/5.

Watford, Pboro and Hudds +1 is probably a decent treble at about 7/1

and a charge of breaking FFP in Division 2

Charged - but never admitted or proven ...

... but yes - we spent a fortune... although your signing of Siggurdson was more than the the cost of the entire squad that won us the Prem - but hands up - guilty of overspending beyond our means <laugh>

Chucked those three in with Inverness who I know nothing about and are away to one of the better teams in the league but have won five in a row without conceding so presumably have half a chance.

he was at Everton at the wrong time, wanted it to work out for him as he got the club and fans.
Always look out for his sides results and great to see what he has done at Cov
<ok>
He is probably my favourite player ever, to be honest.
I think he does get a ****ty rap as manager though, due to picking bad jobs.
He did well at Derby, and was a play off final away from getting them promoted
Thrown in at the deep end with us, did okay with us in his first season, got us top 4 despite a transfer embargo, bought on a lot of youth players like Abraham, Mount, James, but it was too big a job for him and we were in a total mess at that point.
Everton, like you say, wrong time. He should have spent a couple seasons more in the Championship before making the step up.
Good to see him doing well with Coventry.
