Just waking and baking drinking some tea reading some spud meltdowns on their board and noticing the word "regression" quite a lot....
I remember calling out the spuds regression many times last season to which I was met with a barrage of defensive spurs fans claiming I was mad..

If you keep saying something long enough....

This year we have regressed. The squad is tired, dispirited and too thin. It should have been reinforced in the summer. It wasn’t and now we’re paying for it.

No need to thanks me NSIS, I don't like giving bad news, besides we've not even played 10games yet there's still time to get it right.

As @Spurlock would say.... "long way to go" <laugh>

As I said, if you keep saying something long enough...

If we don’t strengthen in Jan I think it’s gonna be a long season. With the added farce of the new stadium fiasco, not much is going right.

Much of that is down to Levy

Usual red eyed kopite bollocks.

M’Bappe and Neymar were a threat all night on the counter,

Nonsense, they were a threat at times but we dealt with them well. The 2nd goal came from a mistake but in general we dealt with their threat. Players of that quality will always have moments but crucially we made sure that those moments were few.

I think butthurtlock hit the nail on the head when he said that you're at the point now that bar any transfer bargains who turn out good the only players who could improve you are in the £40m/100m range, that's gonna cause problems if levy isn't open to backing poch spending that amount.

As you say not being brave in the summer is certainly showing at the moment.

I disagree.

When they broke free they always looked like they could cause you problems, as the second goal showed.

Yet they didn't cause problems until we gave them the ball for the 2nd goal. "Could" but didn't.

The danger is there. M’bappe turned Robertson inside out more than once.

I know Sky thinks the return will be a doddle, but the atmosphere will different. And nobody would relish Neymar, Cavani, and M’bappe coming at them.

I disagree with Sky and think it will be the opposite of last night, they will dominate more and we could cause problems so another tight game that can go either way.

I'm sure they can't wait to face Salah Bobby and mane, I do think we'll beat them in paris. We're just a better team so it's not crazy to think that tbh

No doubt you can cause problems for them on the break, you might even win it. But I think it’ll be a close game. They’re a pretty dangerous side going forward.

They gifted you an insane penalty last nigh or Firmino’s goal would hsve been the equaliser.

I think it’s more evenly balanced. You were the better side last night, but you’d be stupidly arrogant to dismiss them. They’re a good side with a front three that would cause anybody problems.

Just a flat track bully team mate. Just look at how neymar vanished after milner crunched him last night <laugh>

He didn’t vanish though. He was still causing problems well into the second half. Although M’bappe was the bigger threat.
The very least you'd expect from a £200m player tbh

My point was psg like City are a team who don't often meet a side who can match them and more so have an actual go at them , when they do you can see how much stones they have.

We have to be cautious of course, but so do they, and they aren't used to having to worry about the opposition too much
