Not sure I’d really give a **** if we did win it but you can see what it meant to the Spanish/Portuguese fans. Then again I’d take QPR winning the Bristol Street Motors EFL Shield over England winning a World Cup. For some reason we don’t feel the same way about it in general.
For the players it’s like winning the League Cup. It should be a gateway to winning big things as it inevitably will be for Newcastle.
We’re back in League A next time to inevitably underperform and not make the finals. Ingerland.

I get it, alot of people don't like International football - my interest got caught it being Spain and Portugal and both teams having well known players, chances for some young talent to seize the media moments.
I quite like this idea of PPV at only 2.49 (The Final was free), you can either take it or leave it. I don't always want to sign up to TNT for £30+ a month.
I know people think **** paying for it! but I always had to pay £10 a game for my lot, so suppose I'm use to it and the price I paid to watch two semi-finals was half the price I use to pay for ONE ****ty L2 game.

Good time to play Belgium. Nick a draw and they’re in business.
