In terms of sheer quality of opposition, the two domestic pots are harder to win than the EL, since they stopped dropping CL teams into it.
The only argument to say that the EL is a bigger achievement is the number of fixtures and amount of travel. Most of the teams we've faced would really struggle in the PL.
