Coming 2nd is damaging especially when it keeps happening. The fans are now becoming frustrated and they'll implode more and more easily next season if they don't start well.

 

He remains bizarrely popular with a fan base that hounded Wenger out. Their squad isn’t far off it but relies on signing a striker of Isak’s level, keeping Saka fit and having better quality off the bench- none of which will happen.
