Just forgot the games were on tonight to be honest.
The other european football competitions are still great trophies to try and win and if Newcastle are in one of them next season I'll be made up if we get to the latter stages and try and win something but if your own team isn't in them I think you only really notice them once it gets to the QF or SF. Maybe that's just me.
Anyway, good to see the English clubs get through. I'm with brb on this one, I pretty much always support the English clubs in europe.
Prefer to get through and then probably slapped around then not get through. Bit like us on Sunday I suspect.
To be quite honest, would be pretty funny if Ange did win a trophy in his second season ... he's had absolute pelters about his claim that he always does ...
