Pissed off and some ... appears Citeh have won 'the race' to sign our 15 year old wonder kid, Jeremy Monga, before he even gets to make his debut for the club - fee to be set by 'tribunal' ... this is what is really wrong with football - we'll get a fraction of what he will be worth in years to come as a 'development fee' ...
