My mate went past the new ground on way to Goodison on Saturday and spotted Sucky outside BMD taking pics.
Nothing worth thinking about for 7 year's after reading, but looks like nufc will be building a new stadium in the same location as St James park or at least partially on the same footprint.
Same place just slightly further back, so no disruption. 7 years is enough time for us to get relegated though and accomplish what Everton couldn't quite get over the line.
It's already taken 3 to get this far and then the dog walkers and bird watchers will defend the park.
