The game is ****ed these days because of the money sloshing around. It's a sad state of affairs. Chelsea started it off in the premier league and City then followed. I don't really want to see Arsenal go down the same route, but it might be what it comes to in the end if our self sustaining model doesn't bring any titles.

They'll end up prosecuting a handful of individuals to send out a message and seek to deter others, that's the way it'll go. Streaming is costing them millions and they'll not continue to take this up the arse indefinitely

That's what I think they'll do, random amount of people and take it to court so that it frightens enough people to stop.

Good post, I said to Bluey on another thread the other day that I genuinely wouldn't want Saints to become a City/Chelsea.

Problem they have with the hosted services is that they all, or all the good ones anyway, have their servers abroad.

The EPL has been busy blocking these servers recently. But it doesn't last for long. The servers get moved and the game starts all over again.

If I can't watch a game on Sky, there's a dozen other channels I can get it on.

I've heard his argument that all teams spend big money nowadays, so Chelsea are no different. But quite simply nothing like what happened at Chelsea had been done before, where an average club was suddenly artificially propelled to the top because of one man ploughing his vast wealth into the squad.

Chelsea success after Roman is arbitrary. He was considering putting his money into Spurs. It could very well have been them who benefited from the massive cash injection.

Nah not really. There's always been a massively rivalry between Chelsea and Spurs, a lot of it goes back to the rivalry between the firms.

Nah not really. There's always been a massively rivalry between Chelsea and Spurs, a lot of it goes back to the rivalry between the firms.

Don't think many of them who post on here were in firms mate.

Yeah me and you have had plenty of discussions about this in past couple of years tbf.

I do really miss league one. No international breaks, FA Cup first round... Losing 2-0 at home to Rochdale, what's not too like?

I used to do that a lot, I found going back to grass root football very satisfying and honest.
