Some gimp at the Premier League will have decided two teams can’t both wear black shorts I reckon. It’s quite a fetching colour but the home kit should always be worn unless there’s a clear clash. Brexit was meant to sort this.
You used to be able to wear the same colour shorts as long as the shirt and socks didn't clash, not sure when that changed.
