He was awful at Brum and it was always the players fault, the same players who had them in 5th when he took over. Plymouth have to be favourites for the drop, I think it will be too late for them by the time they get round to sacking him.
My nephews lad was at Derby, youth level, when he was there, even the lower level coaches would take the piss out of his coaching. That's when he wasn't in his office getting pissed
That doesn't even surprise me. He's one of our greatest ever players in my opinion but always came across as being thick as pig ****. I think he's purely getting these managerial jobs based off of his footballing career, not coaching/ managerial ability.
Same for Lampard and possibly Gerrard.
