Shearer raving about the goal <doh> .. was a simple tap in that had a lot of luck in terms of the build up and how it came off the defender to him ...

Denmark been the better side for all but those wearing the rose tinted ... their formation is much better balanced ... because they are playing players in their right positions ...

Woeful ...
 
In all likelihood, a draw is enough to progress... Maybe even enough to top the group considering it's Slovenia next.

Important think now is not to do anything too daft. England doesn't have to win this... They just must not lose.

With no natural width on the left it makes it very difficult to penetrate down that side. Trippier, bless his socks, isn't able to drive and overlap down that side the way he ordinarily would. Need a winger.

Half agree. There was a lot of luck in the build up to it but it wasn't a simple tap in. It was on his weaker foot and the ball deflected 2-3 times on the way through to him so he's having to adjust a number of times in the fraction of a second it comes ot him. He made it look very easy and I never had any doubt he'd score it but that's because he's world class.

Yeah he's looked true world class ... for a 'baby elephant' (not my label) <laugh>
 
Trent is a waste of a shirt. He needs dragged off at HT. Bellingham, Rice and Foden in the middle. Replace Trent with Gordon or Eze.

Tell every player to stand 20 yards further up the pitch.
