Enzo Maresca to be named as Chelsea manager on a 5 year deal later today (according to Romano) - taking his whole coaching staff with him by the look of things - we get £10 million in return... can't help thinking we may have got the better deal - depending on who comes in of course ...

He is a true gent, ansked him once for a pic with my daughter and nothing was too much trouble. Add to the fact his goals kept us up he has cult hero status at Goodison.

Was only with us for a few months but the fans really took to him - we also brought in Paul Moran from Spurs (also on loan) at the same time and the 2 helped turn around the club's fortunes at that time - he was only a kid but he had a real physical presence - remember when Emile Heskey first burst onto the scene as a teenager - everyone old enough to remember immediately compared him to KC ... and, as you say, a lovely fella too by all accounts ...
