They've got a very nice run-in.

Home against Forest, Brentford, Shef Utd and away to Luton. 4 of the other bottom 6. They'll get at least 4 points from that and that's enough to stay up.

I don't get all the Dyche hate going on in places though as without the 8 points deductions they'd already be safe and probably getting around 40 points this season.

Yeah I dont mind Dyche. The only manager I really disliked fooked off to Scotland thankfully.

The hate from Everton fans is because they used to be something.

Now they spend every season praying they even make it to 40 points.

Their fall is ****ing dramatic and a plodder like Dyche just sums it all up

Yeah not like 40 points is anything to shout about. They’ll stay up by default this season but just looks like a dead team next season. No goals in it and relying on those defenders and the odd set piece can’t go on forever.

Everton were in freefall under Lampard and when they were scraping to survival a couple of years back they had Richarlison, Gordon, Iwobi and Mina. All of them have gone as they've had to turn a profit on transfers and cut costs to a squad that was already bare-bones. To then get enough points to survive despite 8 points being deducted is nothing to be sniffed at.

I wouldn't want Dyche at my club but he's a symptom not a cause of their issues.

Yeah, any actual competition from the promoted sides would have seen them ****ed this season, they're only technically sitting on 35pts.

Like I said the other day, this bollocks about Luton. They're ****, they're just barely putting up a tiny bit of competition and still can't outdo two crap sides who've been deducted points.

Everton are lucky, but if they don't sign anyone next season (which they can't) they're probably down.
