It's not that he's trying to win the Erevidise, it's the fact that there has been no experience or responsibility from the ppl above him with any of the recruitment. But the media who largely know fck all about the club have spun it as if it's all his fault. Ten Hag himself said a year ago that the club needs an experienced DOF to recruit the players, not him.
