Mengi out to then bring in Evans and Elanga out to keep Martial were the two oddest for me.
Amad could stay as centre forward back up possibly. Try him through the middle.

I doubt the decision is all the clubs. The standard needed to play at the top of the premier league is so high, the chances of them playing regularly are slim.
