Cole Palmer is very good. City were a bit daft selling him, he could certainly take KDB's place in that team right now and they'd have more balance.
FFP move I think and he wanted to be playing more than Pep could offer. Stupid you can sell a player for £40m from your academy and buy a £200m player on a five year deal and effectively balance that year’s accounts.
