So he should learn the language as well if he is working out there, it should actually be part of his contract that he has to, and paid for private lessons. Until such time he can communicate he should be working with a translator, much like Jose did with Robson.
Oh I agree, its one of the reasons Chelsea fans never warmed to Sarri, because he couldnt be arsed to learn English, same with Bielsa at Leeds, except even worse because he was there for like 3 years!! 3rd season in and he was still using a translator in interviews.
Bielsa was slightly different in that I think he did understand basic English, it just suited the politics of his game not to with the media.
He will walk away with a rather easy 50% winrate and use that to nab himself a job in Britain in a few years.
