Both of my boys support Liverpool. If we're not in direct competition for them in a cup then why wouldn't I want them to win really. If we're in the same competition then they can get ****ed ofc. I'll support most english clubs in European competitions, I used to extend that to British clubs but then realised how nauseating it was every time Celtic or Rangers managed to not get gaped and decided it was more bearable when they just sank.

I can’t understand the logic of wanting them to lose week in week out in the Prem

enjoying their demise or any teams for that matter

then getting all emo about it at the end

but that’s just me

This happens regularly and in international football as well, Robbie Keane didn't even have a team and he got picked <grr>

I will say I haven't checked, but it seemed to me that Arsenals fall from grace occurred around the time of Jesus coming back from injury. Now my memory could be playing tricks with me, but I'm sure prior I thought how well Arsenal were doing without him. Obviously a lot of other equations could possibly be going on, but I'm sticking by blaming Jesus' return.

The 'Jesus second coming' was much better 2000 years ago

Jesus' return caused a lot of bother for centuries.

You suggesting that Agent Jesus has been working for Pep all this time?

On the 1st of April the gooners beat Leeds 4-1 to go 8 pts clear of city with just 9 games to play.
Since then their results have been
DDDLWWLL...9 points -3 gd
That means in just 8 games they went from 8 points clear to 4 points behind in just 8 games.

They played 8 games. Man City have only played 7 since then. They've still got 3 games left.
