What would you do or advise someone to do in this situation?

Me, I’d have told my confused, loved up naive dickhed daughter to drop her charges over night…maybe it wasn’t her though who was the key witness…however I’ve seen absolutely nothing from her side to suggest that it was all a big mix up…up until charges dropped
