I think they’re holding out for good money because they need it. Their business model needed CL revenue in order to remain consistent and a threat to the big six, without it their wages are crippling the club and they’ll be losing more key players with little left to actually replace them if they ain’t careful. I’d be pretty concerned if I were a Leicester fan right now, I know Fosse’s a very optimistic glass half full guy, but his club’s in a proper pickle to say the least.
there only problem is wages / revenue and they have a bloated squad for a club with their revenues so getting £15m for Soumare or £10m for Tielemans plus their wages off the books would have helped with little effect on their team and would help fund some contract extensions .

did OK but obviously can't spot a player in camp

Can get you playing a rigid style of football that makes it difficult for others to score against.

Had some decent innovations at his peak that gave his big spending clubs an advantage at that very specific time. Failed to develop after that short period and now is barely considered a midtable manager.

Remember Peter Crouch scoring in every single champions league game, in great form and key to their playing style. So Rafa dropped him in the final and lost it.

Classic, classic Rafa.

4 games, 4 wins, 12 points, top of the league

I thought your defender had fooked it up for you, but the way that ball dropped for him for the second goal, means he is certainly leading a charmed life.

I'm in the van on the way home from an event, so only listened to the last 25 mins.

But **** yeah, I'll have some of that <ok>
