Shame. Would be great if he turns them down and stays loyal to Burton. As did Martin O'Neill while at Wycombe. In charge there for 5 years, despite being 'head-hunted' many times over that period. Great to see in this age of knee-jerk reactionismWould be great if he turns them down and stays loyal to Burton.

Not really Peter Lim, Valencia's Singaporean owner, has a stake in Salford City, the non-league club co-owned by Neville.Gary Neville, head coach of Valencia....Strange one.
Oh really!? What's the connection with a Valencia Singapore owner and Salford? If there a Man U link somewhere? Not really Peter Lim, Valencia's Singaporean owner, has a stake in Salford City, the non-league club co-owned by Neville.
Why's that? Gary seems more switched on than his brother, I know who I'd rather. Is it because it might effect his England role that your surprised??Isn't it Phil Neville??
EDIT: No, it bloody isn't! Strange one, that.
Ahhh right! Yea, that rings a bell that Phil went there to assist. That makes even more sense now. Massive risk for such a big European club! Can't see that working out.No, it's because I thought Phil was already there as Assistant. I had no idea about the Gary thing until I just looked.
Hopefully he's stitched up Sky Sports a bit.
The more I think about it the more I like it though.
Yea agreed. Especially is Phil and Gary disagree on a lot of thingsIf I was a Valencia fan, I wouldn't be thrilled, but as an impartial observer it should be intriguing. I hope he'll try to integrate a little more into the language / culture than Moyes did.
Strange choice, really. I'd have thought David Moyes would have been a shoo-in, given his experience of la Liga and grasp of the lingo and allTough gig, that, as a first job. Especially as I'm assuming he speaks no Spanish. Will be very interesting to monitor his progress.

Where on earth did that result come from!?

I imagine it's taken until now for the Radio Shannock valves to warm up enough to find out the score?I heard it on the wireless, but I believe it could also be found on the internet
