FML, you are probably too young to remember when we first got Iwan, his first season was awful. Fortunately the manager saw him as a project and the rest is history.

That doesn't mean he has to start every game when he's playing awful. If he needs time to settle. Do it off the pitch and use him in cups and as a sub. I'm not saying sack him, but if he's not playing well, then it's unfair on others who can do a job. Plus it's costing us matches.
