Just listened to today Football Daily podcast. They said some amazing things about Todd!

I forgot who was talking but, they were talking about the Man City game. They mentioned how Norwich fans would have loved watching the Under 21's the other night with how good Max and Ben looked, and Todd coming off the bench. One of them said:

"I'd put Cantwell in the same bracket as Sancho. If a top 6 side came on for him now, they could maybe get him for £25-30 Million. In a few years time, this kid is going to be worth silly money. Every time I've seen him play, he has created a goal or scored a goal. He ran Liverpool ragged at Anfield! This kid is going to be big."

Nice!

Wow, heady praise indeed. I think Cantwell needs to not only maintain his form but keep improving before even £20m bids loom into sight. But with his start to the season it doesn't seem so beyond the realms of possibility as it might have even last season. It's great to see and hopefully Todd and the rest of our youngsters can be kept together for as long as possible. I'd hate for money to start talking in January, in the Summer I could accept that double or triple your money offers would be hard to turn down, even if we as a club (Hopefully still PL!) can afford to turn down the large offers.

Bah!

Praise indeed FML and TC has improved dramatically since the summer - his contribution in the 2 friendlies was terrific and he has carried that on in our 2 home games. Could we see a repeat performance tomorrow - it would be fantastic to see and whatever the result I know I'll enjoy the game.

Yes General, I can see a few of our players leaving in the summer, even if we will be playing in the PL next year.

Congratulations on your win yesterday Budgies!

Anyone else read this article in The Times yesterday?

Bit mystified by Lawn’s reference to Town being more aligned to London than Norwich who ,he claims, are more proud of their rural roots.Yeah, that’s why we happily call ourselves The Tractor Boys!!(Maybe he thought that was a reference to Chelsea tractors!)

Changing topic,
Look how TC has progressed compared to Middleton. I certainly rated the latter higher!!!!

Villa look the better side. By a fair distance.

They should have scored a few. Luckily it's still 0-0. Villa look really dangerous though. Grealish, McGinn and Wesley look pretty special.
