Just pathetic again. It's at Wembley, which has the facilities, and it's the biggest game in league football. You must log in or register to see media
Signing 12 players would have been demoralising for the existing players. The squad needed strengthening but not to that extent.
They did not name a consecutive back four in the first 10 games and as a result they have been all over the place.
The players who got them into the Premier League deserved a crack at it but they did not get the chance.

But Pritchard was so desperate to leave us to play for such a massive Club like Huddersfield in the Premiership!Rumour Control -
Players are not happy at Huddersfield.
Big Sam to WBA!!![]()
I know you're being sarcastic but I don't think it's the club, it was just the change to play in the Premier League which every player in lower leagues want. Huddersfield gave him that opportunity, I don't blame him for that and like they say, there's no loyalty in football any more. But Pritchard was so desperate to leave us to play for such a massive Club like Huddersfield in the Premiership!
What's changed!? He can't suddenly be unhappy now! He must be being paid a fortune. Premiership, Massive club like Huddersfield. He must be set for life. Financially and Professionally. Pritchard can't be one of the unhappy group.
Very short sighted of him.I know you're being sarcastic but I don't think it's the club, it was just the change to play in the Premier League which every player in lower leagues want. I don't think he's stood out from what I've seen of Huddersfield this season. Was it really though? I'm sure he believed that he with his team mates would have a good chance of staying up. They at least on face value seemed to invest a bit and invest some wisely. (Mooy and in his opinion him) Not only was he getting to play PL, but he would have hoped to impress and maybe put his hand up for one of the bigboys to snap him up.
Couple that with how turd we were and basically a one man team to that point under Farke, our deminishing budget, I can't blame him for taking the chance. I was disappointed to see him go especially so soon after coming back from injury, but I think you or I in his shoes at a club that we do not have any great offiliation to, accepting they are our current employers, would move on for on paper and then reality, bigger and better things. I still think he would very probably have gone in the summer anyway. Whether that was to Huddersfield or someone similarly in the bottom half, that would generally have been his then ceiling.
Bah!

I think if a lower Premiership team went for him, it would be a punt, and based on how he performed at Norwich.I agree, but he wouldn't have believed that was gonna be the case. He will have been thinking he was going to kick on and impress and show Spuds what a mistake they had made.
Bah!
Can't see him fetching that sort of money again. Hasn't played many games this season, has he, and one league goal hasn't exactly helped Huddersfield's cause. Certainly wouldn't want him back here.
I'd say Huddersfield probably needed a bit of creative influence. He clearly wasn't up to it.I think he's the sort of player that needs the right system and if he found that he would be a great creative influence, A desperate struggle at the bottom and bit part probably not so much.
Bah!
To be fair Huddersfield had a pretty good first season, but losing their manager didn't help them and went downhill from there. I just hope we can keep hold of Webber so the same thing don't happen to us.Very short sighted of him.
