Bloody phone keeps putting in strange words.

 

As said on the designated international thread:

Less good news about Pukki tonight. He's been subbed after 12 minutes of Finland's match with Greece. Hope it's not serious, but very worrying if it is.

 

It was bad enough when the fans just wanted a good ruck. But the bloody little cowards would probably wet themselves if confronted so just kick and break inanimate objects.

Bah!

Great article, JMF. The Long-term approach SW has been nurturing does seem to be coming into fruition. I liked this bit about DF from Weaver:

Also good to see Tom Smith getting credit for coming up with the Academy bond idea at the heart of these developments.

That's excellent, Cromer. McNally's refusal to consider safe standing was one of the down sides of his regime. Steve Stone was in favour and his replacement, Ben Kensell has been fighting for it for years. Good for Ed Balls and the club for joining West Brom in pushing for it!

Russell Martin as player-coach until the end of the season!

Pleased to see that Russell Martin has joined Walsall as a player coach. Can see him going into management eventually.

 

I think his primary role is to stoke the braziers they use to try
and defrost the pitch to allow games to take place!

 

So Boro go top until the games later today (at least). I still would NEVER want Pullis as the manager/Head Coach at CR.
