I am just happy that he's made a full recovery from his broken leg, never a definite, but he seems to be right back to his best.
Still seems he's a fair way from the required quality to have played for City..................now if we get relegated......... Bah!
He was well loved at Luton, I was surprised when he left there for Barnsley, not sure about Scunthorpe though, seems to be a step back???
Good article on my hero and his rise from Coventry - http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/...terview-coventry-chelsea-fa-cup-a8143656.html
And another excellent article - https://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2018/jan/05/norwich-city-changes-promotion-dream Edit - So Wagner thinks he could be 'priced out' of signing Pritchard - I hope he doesn't leave leave in this window and he must be worth closer to £15M PS - NCFC reckon they've sold > 22,000 tickets for tomorrow's game!!!
I don't want Pritch to leave in January either (or Maddison). Offers and club finances will dictate what happens. I agree £15 m would be a good price for him right now. But if he stays and has a good second half of the season he would be worth at least that much in the summer. I don't what's in his mind. At 24, AP is probably thinking about getting back to the PL and earning more money.
Very bright young player. I think he is at least Championship potential. Which at the moment, we need to be bringing through, and not just releasing them. Good signing for Scunny.
They are really p*ssing me off with the pen decision. They have made me rage with all this guff of "yes, he kicked his leg out to make contact, but it's contact so why shouldn't he go down?" Shearer has been a main one for saying that. Yet tonight, he has ranting about how it's not a pen!? So, if he got grappled, and then kicked out at the defenders legs, then it is a pen!? Total b*llocks. If the Everton Pen in the league was a pen, then that was 100% a pen too. Because there was "contact in the box, so why wouldn't you go down".
I thought the initial contact was just outside the box, so a direct free kick close to the 18 yard line.
