Talking of van Dijk, I see brum have turned down Mitchell due to his excessive wage demands!

Exactly FML and players' demands for ever increasing salaries is just one the aspects that is destroying football.

I'm sure there will be hiccoughs/silly goals conceded, but the fans will have to have patience and trust DF, his assistants and the players to get it right eventually.
