Fulham conceded two at home in five (5) minutes vs Cardiff.
Christ, how they could use Bassong to tighten up that porous defence! <laugh>

Cardiff are obviously their bogey team! :emoticon-0105-wink: Actually it was quite a good day of results for us. Huddersfield, Wolves and Newcastle won, but the other top half teams either drew or lost. A win tomorrow would take us to the top of the table.

I didn't even realise Watford have changed their manager again, must be having a competition with Leeds and seeing how many managers they can get through.

Defour looked fantastic in his skill, determination and control in setting up Andre Gray for his goal,Looks like another player we were linked with for months and never made any ground on. Vokes and Grays goals were both beautifully taken yesterday.

Just watched MotD and it will be interesting to see if more penalties are awarded because of infringements in the penalty area until defending players stop shirt pulling etc, which could lead to more goals. I think should have had a penalty in the first half as well.
Burnley's defending was fantastic and Liverpool need to rethink their tactics.
I see they're another team that could be heading for a 'Chinese Takeaway!!!' <laugh>

I think Bournemouth are going to struggle this season. Seen nothing from them from their first game and a half. With Hull and Boro making good starts...Going to be a long season for Eddie and his crew I think.

Tinpot club from a town full of pensioners who shouldn't be anywhere near the EPL and they wouldn't be if they hadn't been bankrolled by foreign investors. Yes I know I've advocated foreign investment for City but we're definitely not tinpot, yes I'm jealous.

P.S. I'd rather see Bournemouth relegated than Everton and anybody who knows me knows how I feel about those phlegm ridden scousers.

Rant over ;)

All change. Bournemouth have turned up for this second half! Better passing, more flair and directness, just like their last 2 seasons. Adrian just made a worldie save!

A brave, and much better second half performance from Bournemouth. Another loss, to an Average WH side today. Doesn't look good for them. Grabban came on as an impact sub. I don't think he touched the ball. I'd love to know how many minutes Graban has played, coz I think he hasn't scored his first yet has he?!

Grabban came on ahead of Afobe, and Callum Wilson is now their number 1. Cheeky bid for Afobe anyone?

I also notice that Danny Ings isn't even making it into the Liverpool squad, surely worth inquiring
