No, I was in the RAF.
Oh my god!
Has anyone seen the video of Demba Ba's potentially career ending leg break!? I'm not squeamish, but that's horrific!
Made me feel a bit sick!
It's so bad.I just read about it, that was more than enough for me!
Talk of reducing the chumpionship to 20 teams instead of 24?
Mainly to avoid conflicting with the myriads of (often bloody average or poor!)
Champion League / Europa League matches which are traditionally played midweek.
Thoughts?

Bang on, commander. I'd ceratinly rather see say, Derby vs Sheff Weds than Rubin Kazan vs Maribor as what they do doesn't affect me one iotaWhat a load of bollox. Would I rather be watching some lame group stage match, worse still, any match in the utterly meaningless Europa league or my team in the blood and thunder of the championship?

To be honest Cromer, the fact that the Championship has 46 games with many midweek is the only thing that I'm looking forward to this term. However, if reducing the league to 20 teams meant the advent of 'Premier League 2' and a greater spread of the wealth I'd be all for it. Quite frankly there are some huge clubs plying their trade in the second tier now, Villa, Birmingham, Blackburn, Derby, Fulham, Leeds, Newcastle, Forest, QPR, Sheff Wed, Wolves and of course the Mighty Yellows, that's one helluva list. There are also a few tinpot clubs as well of course i.e. Ipswich, QPR and Wigan![]()

For anyone remotely interested, @alextettey86 is now on twitter.
Went from 51 followers half an hour ago to 1006 last time I looked![]()

It doesn't matter about the smaller clubs though, does it? As long as the big teams get richer and bigger.Likewise KIO the plus-side of Championship, is the games coming thick and fast midweek and weekends. I'm not sure how a PL2 format would really benefit us as the money will be no comparison with the PL. Just fewer games with fewer gate receipts, fewer TV receipts and longer tedious gaps of no football in between.
Steve Walsh to sign at Everton. If anything, it's sadder than the players leaving. I heard him praised so often for Leicester's success and his ability to pick out players, like Kante, Mahrez, Fuchs etc.
A very smart move for Everton, but gutting again for Leicester. (Pretty literally)

Musa is a very very good signing, and Mendy is a work horse who will fill in for Kante (not as efficiently, but at least they are covering themselves. I think they need to ramp up the signings, because the teams being ripped apart from all angles.Yes, it's going to be interesting to see the players the Foxes sign in future. We REALLY need a decent scout to spot potential bargains!!!!
