O'Neil was taking them when he first started getting a run of games in the side and very well he did too <ok>
Now it seems to have reverted back to Brady, Wes or Redders, who all blow a little hot and cold.

    We've needed one since Mulryne.

Am I making this up, or did he once score a goal that deflected in off the refs head? I want to say it was in a home win against Reading.

    Edit: Close...

Spot on. I know there was an 'assist' from the ref, but can't remember what part of his anatomy it came off. Defo v Reading though, and we won 1-0, as I recall.
He (PM) retired to become a man of the cloth, I seem to recall?

By the looks of the clip I posted above, it's at Reading.
I think I'm confusing two memories. I've got in mind a game we won 3-0 vs Reading at home, with Mulryne scoring twice, one of which was a shot from outside the area which deflected in off the ref. Seeing as we've not beaten Reading 3-0 since 96, it's not that game.

The closest I can find is a 3-1 FA cup win vs BHA, where Mulryne's second was a free-kick that deflected in off the wall. BHA and Reading play in blue and white, so I'll excuse myself that!

Gary Sacked by Valencia......Surprised?...............Of course no one is! What a ridiculous appointment.

Maybe Valencia are after Remy Garde?!
