    OK, fair play to you..! :)

    I did little stints in IT sales between Uni summer terms and ended up being 5 years in retail after I graduated. Ended up as a manager. A few days before I quit I bought a 32" widescreen TV and stand, an SVHS recorder, a chest freezer, a microwave, a larder fridge, and a washing machine, all at 40% discount. Not a bad present to give to myself, I thought. :)

    The chest freezer, fridge and microwave are all scratch free and still going along quite happily. A couple of years ago I gave the TV, video and washing machine away to charity.
