Quite agree. There were a lot less youth centres in the 1930s and a lot more poverty but kids don’t go round vandalising things because they were bored and had nothing to do or go round stabbing people.

You don't have to though which is why I included the quote. You just need a way of proving you are who you say you are. Laws are pretty lax here in that we just basically have to know our own address but don't sound much stricter in the EU if you can basically produce anything.

Wouldn’t want a 6’ 14 year old bursting into tears, would we? No doubt after he had beaten the **** out of a 5’8 middle aged person we would be told he is only a child and is too young to understand or be punished.

I am on about in Europe. You can’t produce anything, you need your ID card which everyone has or a driving licence or passport.

It would be interesting to compare your concerns with Germans in the 1920's and 30's who were also facing huge economic struggles. Don't worry, I'm sure your views will become the norm and only history will teach us that we could have done things differently.

It's a 1 man team, and I wouldn't trust that man in particular not to put his own personal profile above public service.

It's a sad fact that's almost expected amongst the electorate though.
