What's your official golf handicap Crumble. With the amount of golf you play I would suggest between 8-12<whistle>
I was down to 10 then crept up to 13, 12.8 is exact. Just starting to get my game back now, fingers crossed.
You are right though i should be off about 9-10 the amount i play, think i should practice more and play less.
Southwood is canny right now, loads of work been done, greens have been hollow tined and seeded and its actually dry for once.
Nice ditch in front of the 14th to aid drainage that runs down between the path on 10 and right of 14th fairway.
Got a club match on Saturday and a comp on Sunday so hope the weather stays dry and it should be a good weekend.

After the season is finished and all pops prediction threads are gone. They may as well have a golf thread where they can talk about porking birdies with their iron club things.

Its nearly summer. Do they play this game in winter? If so they are more mental than we thought.

But it does seem popular.

I haven't played since early December due to a shoulder injury (playing golf) but I would happily play all year around. The problem is with the game of golf, once you get the hang of it you tend to get hooked (no pun intended). It's different to team sports as it's you against the course, not the opposition.

I think that would be a good idea. Let's face it, none of us have owt to talk about in summer (except World Cup years). Why not give them lads a space?
