Not surprised, that's the wrong bloke. If you look back on the previous page I think you can see a resemblance between Frasier and the Undertaker.
Either way this joke has been over explained and analysed to the extent it's now about as funny as standing in dogshit. Not that I mind it's just something I lifted from Imgur.

I like Kelsey Grammer incidentally, half his close family has died tragically and he's had serious problems with booze but he's always a cheery looking bloke when seen in public. Wish I had that same ability.
