I'm holding back on pulling the trigger, mate.

His camp has straight out denied this saying that the emails were hacked, and doctored, before being leaked. I know they are bound to say that, but I'm just going to sit and wait.
 
A spokesperson for David Beckham said: 'This story is based on outdated material taken out of context from hacked and doctored private emails from a third party server and gives a deliberately inaccurate picture.

An email by Oliveira allegedly suggested: 'Maybe Jonathan should ask about the knighthood and said he should get it. What do you think? David is up for it?'
But last night a spokesman for the programme dismissed allegations it was orchestrated as 'nonsense', The Sun reported.


That's the defence, your honour.

Via my old Mate in Derbyshire. A distant rellie had her wedding booked for some hall in the Peak District then got an offer for a different venue from the management. It was her dream wedding and she refused then after a time an another offer came asking if she moved her new venue would be paid for and a disappointment fee of ten thousand pounds towards her mortgage which was too good an offer so she agreed.

It turned out in the end that the person who wanted to hire the hall for a high class charity event that weekend was Victoria Beckham. Money no object, but possibly wisely spent on this occasion, it makes you wonder why it was important to her that got the venue she wanted.

A French soldier on guard at the Louvre in Paris has opened fire on a suspected attacker, media reports say.
A man shouting "Allahu Akbar" is reported to have tried to attack the soldier with a knife and was seriously injured when the soldier responded.
The attacker is said to have been trying to enter the museum's underground shop.
A big security operation is under way and the interior ministry has described the situation as "serious".
The Louvre has been evacuated.
Details of the incident are still emerging. A French police spokesman said the attacker shouted "Allahu Akbar" - God is great in Arabic - but was not carrying explosives.
Reports say the attacker was carrying one, possibly two suitcases.
Another says he wore a rucksack and carried a machete.
