Just reminded me. Pal of mine reckons that when he was in the army he got blitzed out of his skull on that stuff. Ended up behind bars. Next morning, had a drink of water and he was off again.

Not sure we believed him as he is prone to the odd embellishment. Is that possible?

I have heard that many a time. Something to do with it crystalizing in your stomach and water can re activate it.

Nah, still got loads left.

Tempted to go and get a few beers in mind.

You into all the ipa stuff mate, or just run of the mill lager?

I got a case of Brewdog Punk last weekend it's probably my favourite beer at the minute, completely ruined my gym life.

Not that much ale available.

Im into guiness a bit now.

Lager is Peroni, but its rare and friggin expensive. So usually its Tiger light or Leo. Cheap muck really.

Pakistani International airways flight crashed with 47 on board.

Everybody presumed dead. Very sad.

As a side note though, Allah is responsible for it, so no need to check the flight recorder.

Xmas dinner burger.

This was always going to happen. I'm surprised it has took so long. Bad times.

This is only going to escalate tensions and cause even more division amongst differing communities.

A knifeman who reportedly stabbed a rail passenger at a train station in southeast London shouted, "I want to kill a Muslim", according to a witness.

One man was injured in the attack at Forest Hill station at around lunchtime on Monday.

Witnesses described the "horrific" attack and its aftermath on Twitter.

One, who gave his first name as Richard, told Sky News: "As he walks into my carriage, looks right at me. He has a knife... 5/6 inches. Black handle. Approaches a woman wearing a hijab sitting opposite."

But then the knifeman went on to say, "I don't want a Muslim women. I want me a Muslim man".

"He looked like a man possessed. He was walking at a fast pace through the carriage," said the passenger.

One Twitter user wrote: "The perpetrator is currently ranting on the streets. Beware."

Another tweeted: "[HASHTAG]#foresthill[/HASHTAG] The attacker shouted " Who is Muslim, I want to kill a Muslim approached the guy sitting with his wife on the 1st carriage."

Shellby Curry, 24, was with her one-year-old child when she saw a man "waving what looked to be a knife in his hand" near the station and screaming words like "Muslims f****** hate them, kill them all".

"I was walking along and someone stopped and said 'be careful, he's got a knife'.

"As I looked around there he was. I just grabbed my baby and ran across the road. Looking back (I saw) him marching up and down waving his arm about."

Miguel Oliveira, 36, said he came "face-to-face" with the attacker, who he described as "shouting uncontrollably".

"He was walking towards me and he was shouting stuff like 'Death to Muslims' and 'Go back to Syria'," he said.

British Transport Police said the incident was not being treated as "terrorism-related".

A spokeswoman said officers were sent to the station after reports of a serious assault at 1.18pm.

"One person has been arrested following the incident and is currently in police custody," she said.

"One man was treated by ambulance staff at the scene and is currently en route to hospital."

Not particularly Pops. Had it a few times living in Cyprus but never bombed on it. The taste stays for days but no recurring inebriation. Bit like the wife's cooking.

Baby logic.

Problem: I am extremely tired.

Solution: Fight sleep with every fibre of my being until the bitter end.

Righto.
