Some headlines this week....

1. The Bank of England is threatening to shake up decades of City tradition with fresh guidance that could reignite the debate over what’s acceptable in the workplace. Under the new rules, Bank of England staff are told that “anyone is welcome to wear a suit with high heels”, regardless of gender.

2. More than 70 boat migrants receive £500,000 in compensation after the High Court rules the Home Office’s 2020 blanket seizure of mobile phones unlawful under human rights law. So far 32 claimants have received £6,587 each, with 41 more cases pending.

3. A Filipino migrant received NHS-funded gender reassignment treatment worth tens of thousands of pounds while applying to stay in the UK, according to reports. Meanwhile Brits wait years for quality of life operations like hip replacement etc.

Those would have been something out of Viz a few years ago <doh>
