While this is good in principal I'm thinking this might split the "common sense" vote and let Lab/Green/woke in.

3. A Filipino migrant received NHS-funded gender reassignment treatment worth tens of thousands of pounds while applying to stay in the UK, according to reports. Meanwhile Brits wait years for quality of life operations like hip replacement etc.
