I don't feel the macho need to exceed those limits. As a consequence, I have avoided killing anyone.
I didn't mention, nor was I referring to, the 5mph limit which hasn't been imposed, to the best of my knowledge.
I wonder how you, and other like minded posters, would feel if someone you knew, a member of your families, were to be killed on the roads by some asshole posing as a Formula One driver ?

A long tail back on a major artery road because of some scared paranoid Speedo watcher causing others to overtake at over 10mph and hitting you or yours when it wouldn't have happened before the twats dropped a major road from 30 to 10 would upset you just as much as the speed nuts who drive foot to the floor everywhere knowing where the cameras are. Unlike the majority who are careful and use common sense in areas where pedestrians are likely to be in numbers any way ?
